Special Order Kiosk and Custom Installed Programs: You cannot refund custom products manufactured for your personal and unique specifications. However, you can have repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications under the warranty conditions.

Costco Electronics Return Policy

Costco will accept returns of electronic items within 90 days from the date you receive the merchandise.

The time limit is valid for Televisions, Projectors, Major Appliances (refrigerators above ten cu. ft., freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, dishwashers, water heaters, washers, and dryers), Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart Watches, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular Phones.
